  Jiffy came no complaints and gave me a ride frm parking lot to main door with my walker..... said it was on the house. I didn't let that good deed go I tipped one driver 10 bucks.

  Nothing wrong with foreign drivers but they should at least have a basic understanding of english. Had to argue that " host connection error" was a problem on his end not mine while trying to pay with debit. Wasnt easy!!

  I flagged down a jiffy car, driver named Jeff who was probably on a pick up, but he politely and efficiently gave me a boost in less than 5 minutes!!!

  Normally great service. They lost me tonight. Called multiple times and they just never showed even after being told they “are almost there.” Ended up getting a ride with friend. I can no longer support this company.

  I took a cab almost everyday and I always take Jiffy because they’re super fast. But there’s 2 incident where I’m disappointed because drivers took the longest way. Told the driver where the fastest way is but wont listen.

  Needed a ride from st clares parking lot to main door. Called other cabs never got the service.
