  Took my Ram in due to a rattling in the dash and they said they couldn't "replicate" the problem. I had to crawl in under the dash and guerilla glue the loose vent. Windshield sensor went and they tried to blame me for using the "wrong" windshield wash. Was told it was fixed and didn't even get back home before the problem occurred again. So I took the truck back but I also wanted the front amber light fixed. Got a call to pick up truck and as soon as I turned the truck on light was still out. I went back in and left the keys and refused to take the truck back till my problems were fixed. Finally they got it done and made me sign papers after the work was done, which they hadn't ask me to do before. This has been my service experience thus far!

  Brought my Jeep in because the engine light was on. They charged me for work that was covered by warranty. They did additional work without authorization. The bill wasn't itemized to show what work was done and exactly what I was charged for. The service manager refused to return calls. I contacted FCA Canada to explain what was going on. After reviewing the case they sided with me and tried to get the crooks to reimburse me. Royal Garage ignored Chrysler and refused to pay. Chrysler ended up reimbursing me themselves. Avoid these thieves at all costs.

  A good visit for warrenty work I needed done. All work completed on time. I do know on occasions the service is not the greatest there

  Purchased tires here twice and they were the best price I could find around. Also the service was great in the parts department.
