  We went online to purchase an arrangement and we decided to up grade to a deluxe, huge mistake, the arrangement wasn't what we expected, for 87.00 pft plus additional 10.00 delivery fee (which is fine) so we email the owner, he called us and seen the pictures and was very helpful and offered to send a new arrangement to our mother, which were what we expected. Gorgeous arrangement and we were not expecting that. Thanks holland nurseries, at first were we disappointed, but very satisfied

  Bought a single rose. Cashier never asked if I wanted wrapped or anything and just left after accepting payment. I had to ask them back to do a second transaction for the wrappings. Then the extra flowers wrap were not what I'm used to getting I've purchased hundreds of roses like this. It was unusual wrap and just odd the cashier never asked if I'd like it wrapped when I bought it
