  Home depot and Kent usually have the best prices in town. Just check they websites before to get the best deal. Saved 150 on a toilet here.

  Trying to call in after the fact to speak to someone in the flooring department to order the materials and install myself was impossible. Called on 4 separate occasions and was placed on hold for 10+ minutes each time with no answer.

  Finding employees is next to impossible. Don't bother wasting your time trying to call. Extremely unhelpful. There are MUCH better alternatives.

  I just want to say a huge Thank You to Luke in the Garden Center who went out of his way and stayed beyond quitting time to help us with our purchase of patio pavers. We really appreciate it and I hope your boss knows how lucky they are to have an exceptional worker on staff! Also, a shout out to Suzie who took the time and helped us pick out the pavers :)

  False advertising with regards to their flooring. When setting up a consultation for measurements we were told that the price of the labour would be included in the materials. After paying $75 for the measurements (which is to be removed from the total cost) we came to learn that the labour was not included in the material. They wouldn't return the $75 after we learned that the labour was a separate cost. It took 3 weeks to get the measurements back and another 2 weeks for the quote.

  It is also funny that all the 4 and 5 star ratings come from "Local Guides" according to Google. Most actual honest people (not labeled as a "Local Guide" by Google) rate this store very poorly. Use you head folks! Go elsewhere!
