  This hotel is great AFTER you are inside the room. You are never supposed to judge a book by its cover and this really applies here. The hallways and main entrance are extremely dated. The carpet looks so bad I'm not sure if it's dirty or stained. The manual doors at the main entrance are super annoying when you have 2 bags with you, along with the 3 stairs you have to get down to reach the main desk. I'm not sure how handicap people get into this place. After this however you are greeted to a modern and comfortable room. I was upgraded to a larger room, and it was huge. The shower was great with the rain drop head. New flat screen TV and plush sheets cap it off. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. I only tried it for breakfast once and found it to be just okay. Most nights I took a $15 taxi to downtown for some more options.

  The room was beautiful! Very clean, very modern. Thr bed was very clean and the sheets were soft and smelled freshly washed. The bathroom was also very modern and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was very much appreciated. The restaurant was ok, just a bit over priced.

  The hotel has friendly staff and the room was comfortable. There isn't a pool or a workout room, to my knowledge. Good location.

  I was there for a work occasion using a conference room. The room was large and bright. Hotel restaurant was decent but nothing special, fairly priced.

  The menu has been updated, and from what we had, it is excellent. The variety of poutine options are excellent (especially the PJ's Poutine) and a good update. They seem to be trying less to please everyone and focus more on doing a fewer things better, and it works. Highly recommend it. The apple pie is great too.
