    Wonderful people, beautiful and unique rooms. Short walk to down town core. Nothing spectacular but everything great.

    Lovely place with lots of character. Awesome location as well. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was amazing! If I visit St. John's again I would/will book with the roses

    Beautiful place. Very friendly helpful staff, on booking and at the location.. I was in a front room called Paradise and could not hear any traffic . Two lane street. No problem with check in even with a 2 am arrival.

    Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. I really appreciated Karen and Val's recommendations. Room was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Breakfast was yummy. The pancakes were to die for. Coffee service available at all times. Never had a problem with the wifi when working in my room. Location is on a quiet two lane street. Walking distance to everything. I highly recommend the B&B. Will definitely stay there again on my return.
