  I showed up 10 min early then waited until 10 min after the hour to start the massage, and she finished before the hour was up. Then they were like “oh well the hour includes the assessment” but she didn’t start the assessment until almost 10 minutes after. I told her my pain was in my back, shoulders and hips. The whole time I was laying on my back and she massaged the front of hips/legs and neck but my back is still very sore. I was called earlier that day to see if I could come in early but could not because I had classes. She just seemed very annoyed and hardly tried to make any kind of welcoming conversation. I don’t normally talk during my massages anyhow but this was by far one of the worst experiences I ever had.
