  Jerry Boyles is a phenomenal agent. Myself and my fiancee Sherry were looking to buy a house. He talked with us for months, and when we decided it was time to go looking he was understanding, patient, and surprisingly enough we ended up finding a house that we were both extremely happy with. When couples have such different ideas of what they look for in a home, it's hard to narrow down and filter out criteria, and still end up with two completely satisfied individuals.

  My Fiancee and me bought a house with Jerry, As soon as we finished the viewing we said that we want this house, we did all the papers and he contacted the owner of the house made him signed the paper the same night and after we just had to wait. He directed us to a good Lawyer and good Bank agent who did an amazing job for us. We were kind of afraid of the process because we did not go through the bank first. Jerry told us everything we needed to do for this house to be ours. It was a big success. Thank you Jerry for helping us purchasing this amazing house at a really good price. With Jerry you cannot go wrong. He knows what he's doing.

  My experience with Jerry was fantastic. He is the type of guy that anything he could do to satisfy his clients he would. Any questions I had if he never knew the answer he would find out in a reasonable amount of time and get back to me. He was very efficient and helped me buy my first house which I am very grateful for! :)

  I'd recommend Jerry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I'd also recommend contacting him if you're looking to get involved in the real estate business. He's a very helpful, genuine person. He earns his money.

  When purchasing our new home Jerry was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had for him. I liked the fact that he was flexible with meeting up to go view homes as our schedules didn't allow us much time to do so. When we hit some road blocks during the sale Jerry was there to help us get through them and even through my frustrations he remained professional. I never felt like I couldn't go to him and ask a question. Jerry made the stresses of buying a new home a little less stressful whenever he could. I would and will definitely recommend Jerry to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home.

  While it can be stressful trying to sell your home Jerry was def my rock. He was amazing during the entire process and always took the time to speak to me and explain where we were in the process and why (even if he had to explain it to me several times!). He has a great sense of humour and can also be serious and get down to business. I really enjoyed working with Jerry and always knew that he had my best interest at heart. I would recommend him to anyone who is hoping to buy or sell. Thank you for everything Jerry!

  When we were selling our home we decided to go with Jerry as our real estate professional. Jerry had helped Raymond with a purchase before and the experience then was phenomenal and he did not disappoint this time either. He came into our home advised of a few minor details to change for the home to sell quicker, remaining extremely professional in doing so. We followed that advise and I am certainly glad we did take his advise as the house sold a lot faster then we had expected it to.
