    This is my new favourite restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat and the food is fabulous. You don't need to be a vegetarian to love the food...it's not good vegetarian/vegan food - it's just good food.

    The menu is original and the flavours are good. We ate here twice in the last two days - the first time we got great service, and the second time our server missed a number of things in our order, and the plates were missing important ingredients. Overall I don't think that is normal here, just an anomaly because they were hung over or something.

    Amazing service and food, as always. The grilled cheese is to die for!! I upgraded to have a side of beet salad and it was crisp and fresh. I have been here many times before and I am never disappointed.

    I have had small gripes in the past about the portion size being small at the Sprout, in spite of their excellent food. However, this was remedied a couple days ago when I ordered their (incredible) enchilada with home fries, which was huge.
