  decent place to sit and grab a coffee. there's a gym and a booster juice. it's pretty much a one stop shop for a quick lunch time stop

  I begrudgingly enjoy this building. You can't fault it for its existence, so you might as well admire the work they've done to spruce it up a bit. Still, the fact that they replaced heritage buildings with a big brick box is a travesty. Don't get me started on the disgusting parking lot next door.

  It might have been the time of day, but was dead and sterile, although the harbour view is appreciated.

  The parking garage is closed to the public but can sometimes be accessed after 6pm which is great if you use the gym here however it is hit or miss and seems to be closed on nights there are events at nearby Mile One Stadium.

  I wouldn't call it a shopping mall its more like a municipal court house upstairs (3rd) floor with a few welcome distractions downstairs

  Office building. Includes several businesses , provincial courts, GoodLife fitness, travel agent, and a very small food court.

  Update: several of the restaurants have closed recently. Hopefully they don't sit vacant like the old Cora's has for over a decade.
