  Horrible staff and attitude!!! I had to remove the utility dolly (hand truck) because it's taking the space I really need for my last piece of furniture. Borrowed the uhaul for five days and didn't use the hand truck for one minute. When I returned the truck, I explained why I had to remove the dolly as the first thing. They still charged me $44 for that dolly and won't even listen to me or give me any explanation on this cost. I asked if it can be waived please, they said they will charge it no matter I used it or not. What the hell is their attitude problem? I don't care that much about the $44 but the experience is what I will never forget. I will never go to them again ever.

  Worst experience I've ever had at a Uhaul. Customer service behind the desk was shameful! One of the employees had such an unnecessary horrible and demeaning attitude. The service that he provided us is the reason I will never rent from this location again.

  Propane prices are ok but you can get a cheaper price if you have a membership at Costco.
