    Horrible experience with UPS... Call centre employees are rude and hang up when presented with the facts. Still better than FedEx though....

    Made no attempt to deliver package. Just left a note without ringing doorbell (doorbell goes to my phone, and so I know this for certain from my phone records). This is not the first time. Attempted to charge me additional fees for second delivery attempt.

    Ups gave my package to someone on the steeet!!! Didn’t deliver it to my house. I am so angry it’s 5 days before Christmas. When I called customer service they were so rude and no help at all. I don’t know why they didn’t deliver it to my house like they were supposed to and now my online order is stolen. Terrible service!! Would not recommend to ever ship with ups
